Description
β’ About Belltower Fund Group: β’ Belltower was formed in 2019 as AngelListβs native fund administrator. β’ It provides fund administration services, supporting various types of investment funds. β’ Since 2019, Belltower has supported 20k+ funds representing over $16B in assets under administration. β’ About the Opportunity: β’ The strategic People Operations Associate will help design HR processes through data-driven insights. β’ This role drives operational excellence in cyclical people processes. β’ It collaborates closely with finance to optimize cross-functional workstreams.
Requirements
β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field; Master's degree preferred β’ 5+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS implementation, and HR analytics β’ Strong technical skills with experience in HR technologies, data visualization tools, and basic programming/query languages β’ Experience in designing and implementing tech-forward payroll and compensation systems β’ Experience administering payroll and benefits cycles β’ Track record of excellent front-line service of diverse employee populations
