📋 Description
• Execute on the vision of the services delivery function • Identify opportunities for process and resource improvement • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 30+ delivery professionals • Oversee the entire services delivery function for multiple projects • Develop and implement strategies to optimize resource utilization • Continuously evaluate, identify and improve services delivery processes • Drive the implementation and adoption of internal automation tools • Manage the execution of services delivery, including budgeting and resource allocation • Lead initiatives designed for delivery excellence • Collaborate effectively with all leaders in the Software Services Group
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree: Business, Computer Science or Software Engineering • At least 8-10 years of experience in a delivery-oriented service role • At least 5 years in a leadership role • Big 4 experience a plus • Proven track record of successfully delivering improvement projects • Strong understanding of services delivery and all aspects related to utilization, planning, budgeting and control relating to people and projects • Ability to align strategically and execute operationally • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
