Description

• Lead and own dedicated design projects from start to finish • Design functional and beautiful creative work enhancing the brand • Interpret strategic needs into best-in-class design solutions for marketing campaigns and channels • Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing constructive feedback • Monitor work and progress by supervising the work of designers • Collaborate with team for creative briefs and solve problems • Pitch creative concepts effectively with presentations to stakeholders • Contribute to and improve design culture and collaborative environment • Exemplify design excellence with a keen eye for detail • Work with design leadership to refine and implement design vision • Apply understanding of brand and marketing strategy across assets • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

• 8+ years of design experience, preferably within a large brand or agency. • 1-3 years experience managing and leading designers. • Strong branding and graphic design focused background. • Experience in motion design or social media and paid media is a plus. • Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant software. • Ability to create a range of innovative conceptual solutions. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Adaptable with the ability to receive and provide feedback. • Passion for the craft and consistently deliver high-quality work. • Ability to generate a range of engaging design concepts. • Superior design eye and strong understanding of design principles and disciplines. • Strong strategic and conceptual thinker. • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent.
