Description

• constellr operates at the interface of climate tech, agriculture, and space. • They address global food security through engineering and Earth Observation. • The Delivery Assurance Manager leads the delivery value chain for data products. • Role involves efficiency and reliability in operations aligned with customer expectations. • Collaboration with various teams to ensure smooth delivery operations. • Important to assess operational readiness and identify opportunities for improvement. • Develop a detailed map of customer demand for effective resource allocation. • Analyze order lifecycle and live operations to identify inefficiencies.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Aerospace engineering, Remote Sensing Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. • Proven experience in Earth Observation mission operations, including the full data delivery lifecycle. • Strong track record of managing and optimizing operational workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and enhancing processes across multiple stages. • Familiarity with quality assurance and risk management methodologies (e.g., FMEA). • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts. • Experienced in working across cross-functional teams. • Proactive and strategic thinker with a self-driven approach to problem-solving. • Expertise in workflow management systems, such as Argo Workflows, is desirable. • Familiarity with AWS cloud services and GitHub for operational tools is desirable. • Hands-on experience with data processing systems and operational software is desirable.
