Description

• Constructor is looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant • Act as a gatekeeper and trusted partner to the CEO • Manage multiple priorities efficiently and take ownership of special projects • Proactively design the calendar to reflect the CEO’s workflow • Handle day-to-day calendar management including scheduling meetings • Manage expense reporting • Support executive initiatives and streamline processes • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions • Create and organize briefing materials for events • Attend meetings with the CEO, take notes and synthesize action items • Collaborate with the CRO, COO, and Director of People Operations for events • Manage travel arrangements

Requirements

• Related experience in an executive assistant role • Openness and flexibility to work across time zones when needed • Experience working with a diverse team to complete individual projects • Strong knowledge of G Suite including Gmail and Google Calendar • Strong knowledge of Slack • Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities • Top-notch organization skills • Team player, you love helping others • Thrives amidst ambiguity and regularly changing environment • Outstanding verbal and written communication • Advance presentation and project management skills
