Description

β€’ Maintain accurate financial records, including transactions and receipts. β€’ Prepare and generate financial statements and reports. β€’ Handle payroll submissions and ensure timely payments. β€’ Manage eBay account, including listing items, managing inventory, and processing orders. β€’ Communicate with buyers and resolve any issues or inquiries. β€’ Create and manage listings on Facebook Marketplace. β€’ Handle inquiries, negotiate with buyers, and ensure smooth transactions. β€’ Draft and respond to emails and other correspondence on your behalf. β€’ Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. β€’ Manage and organize personal and professional schedules. β€’ Track and manage health and training routines. β€’ Handle various administrative tasks as needed. β€’ Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned. β€’ Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all matters.

Requirements

β€’ Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably with bookkeeping experience. β€’ Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. β€’ Proficiency in bookkeeping software and Microsoft Office Suite. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. β€’ High attention to detail and accuracy. β€’ Self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a remote environment.
