• 5+ years of high volume, recruiting experience for exempt and non-exempt roles • 2+ years of previous pharmaceutical recruiting experience • Steady requisition caseload management of 15+ requisitions required • Prior experience utilizing Workday as an applicant tracking system (ATS) • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods • In-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods • Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards such as LinkedIn • Experience with federal contractor OFCCP requirements desired • Knowledge of affirmative action documentation and employment law desired
