📋 Description

• Lead design, video, and copywriting teams in crafting compelling creative assets • Drive innovation and ensure alignment with the company’s brand strategy and business priorities • Develop creative strategies that enhance brand positioning and communicate value to global audiences • Enhance and serve as guardian for visual identity, tone of voice, and storytelling standards • Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to define impactful creative assets • Ensure all assets are cohesive and engaging for targeted audiences • Champion creative excellence, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration • Mentor and develop a talented team, ensuring delivery of high quality outputs • Manage resource allocation to improve efficiency and quality of creative deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in creative roles, include experience leading creative teams in-house, managing corporate brand identity, and agency based experience • Proven success leading creative strategies and developing concepts that support demand generation, product marketing, and brand campaigns with an understanding of digital marketing best practices • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and manage multi-disciplinary teams, and a collaborative, detail oriented mindset • Proficiency in a broad range of creative and collaboration tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Figma, Canva, Powerpoint, Google Suite, Asana, etc.) • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to advocate for creative concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels
