📋 Description
• Director of Regional Supplier Engagement in a remote role. • Lead supplier engagement initiatives in Asia for Worldly, an impact intelligence platform. • Expand supplier network and foster key stakeholder relationships. • Drive collaboration and raise Worldly’s profile among industry stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
• 8–10 years of professional experience in apparel or consumer goods supply chain. • Focus on supplier engagement, sustainability, or supply chain management in Asia. • Proven track record with manufacturers and strategic relationships. • Strong understanding of supplier needs and supply chain dynamics. • Proven ability to build relationships across diverse cultural backgrounds. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one Asian language. • Deep understanding of business cultures across Asia. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively. • Willingness to travel (up to 30-50%).
