• Develop a team of staff responsible for fundraising efforts • Manage a fundraising team, providing coaching and direction • Implement strategies to meet all fundraising goals • Provide volunteer support through various means • Oversee implementation of participant recruitment and retention strategies • Provide oversight of event production and logistics • Prepare fundraising performance reports for leadership teams
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 5 years of recent and relevant fundraising and event production experience • Proven history of achieving revenue goals • Proven managerial experience • Extensive experience in fundraising and fundraising mechanics • Demonstrated ability to lead and organize fundraising activities • Excellent written communication and public speaking skills
