Description
• Reporting to the Managing Director of Development • Lead and develop a team responsible for executing fundraising efforts • Manage a fundraising team, provide coaching and direction • Oversee participant recruitment and retention strategies • Provide volunteer support through various means • Analyze data to assess performance of programs • Maintain knowledge of fundraising trends, technologies, and strategies
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree, required • A minimum of 5 years of recent and relevant fundraising and event production experience • Proven history of achieving revenue goals • Proven managerial experience • Extensive experience in fundraising and fundraising mechanics including CRM or other donor management • Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, organize fundraising activities effectively • Excellent written communication, public speaking, and customer service skills • Proficiency with video conferencing software
