• The Territory Customer Director is responsible for driving customer acquisition and managing existing customer relationships within a designated territory. • This role focuses on achieving growth targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring the successful implementation of upsell strategies. • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the cloud industry, particularly with AWS or Azure MSP, and a proven track record in customer relationship management and Sales.
• A proven record in sales and reaching targets in the cloud MSP industry including sales management experience. • Experience with AWS, AZURE clouds – Mandatory! • Ability to adapt to the fast-changing nature of the Startup market, and can pivot and learn quickly • Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a good business sense • The ability to motivate and lead a team • Excellent communication (verbal/written) and ‘people skills’ • Critical thinker and problem solver • Essential Qualifications: MSP Experience : Proven experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment within the cloud industry is crucial. Candidates must have a strong understanding of cloud operations, service delivery, and client engagement in this context. • Vendor Relationships : The ideal candidate will possess established relationships with key cloud vendors, specifically AWS and Microsoft Azure. Demonstrated ability to leverage these relationships to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction is essential.
