Description

• The Territory Customer Director is responsible for driving customer acquisition and managing existing customer relationships within a designated territory. • This role focuses on achieving growth targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring the successful implementation of upsell strategies. • Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new customers within the assigned territory. • Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing customers. • Lead and mentor a team of sales and customer success professionals within the territory.

Requirements

• A proven record in sales and reaching targets in the cloud MSP industry including sales management experience. • Experience with AWS, AZURE clouds – Mandatory! • Ability to adapt to the fast-changing nature of the Startup market, and can pivot and learn quickly. • Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a good business sense. • The ability to motivate and lead a team. • Excellent communication (verbal/written) and ‘people skills’. • Critical thinker and problem solver. • Proven experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment within the cloud industry is crucial. • Established relationships with key cloud vendors, specifically AWS and Microsoft Azure.
