Description

• Lead and scale Cyera’s professional services organization • Empower partners and manage a high-performing team of engineers • Drive exceptional customer outcomes focusing on partner-first approach • Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams • Ensure enablement and operationalization of Cyera for customers • Travel 20-30% annually

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar experience a plus • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing support teams • Proven track record of mentoring and coaching technical support staff • Strong leadership skills • Exceptional team-building and interpersonal skills • Strong project management skills • A self-starter who thrives in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment • A results-oriented mindset • Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills • A clear and concise verbal and written communicator • Proficiency in leading both executive meetings and technical workshops • Ability to work autonomously
