Description

• Manage a portfolio of client projects • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients • Identify and understand client needs • Act as an escalation point for project risks • Develop and maintain project budgets • Provide clients with advice on various business matters • Engage with clients to identify opportunities for upselling • Develop and implement organized sales processes • Build and maintain relationships with clients • Recruit and mentor team members • Regular communication with leadership • Effectively manage schedules of assigned team members • Adhere to all company processes and policies • Effective communication with clients and employees

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as the primary owner of client relationships • Experience in a consulting or professional services role • Experience in enterprise-level custom software delivery • Strong experience in the Insurance or Insurtech Industries • Life Insurance preferred • Bachelor's degree in a related field • Experience navigating client relationships in a remote environment • Up to 25% domestic travel may be required.
