📋 Description

• The Engagement Manager at Auxo supports the delivery of software solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients. • This role involves collaborating closely with technical project managers, solutions architects, and customer stakeholders to assist with the implementation process. • The Engagement Manager is expected to demonstrate effective communication skills, project coordination abilities, and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes. • Support the management of client projects within specific practice areas, such as financial services, insurance, and more. • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, assisting with the project lifecycle from planning to delivery. • Assist in identifying client needs, developing strategies, and ensuring solutions align with business requirements. • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and escalate concerns as needed to senior team members. • Support the development and maintenance of project budgets and financial aspects. • Provide support and guidance to clients on various business matters, including project plans and software solutions. • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services within existing engagements. • Help implement organized sales processes to optimize pipeline management. • Build and maintain client relationships to support long-term business prospects. • Collaborate with team members to foster professional growth and project success. • Regularly communicate project updates to leadership. • Manage the schedules of assigned team members and self effectively. • Adhere to all company processes and policies. • Maintain effective communication with clients and colleagues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field • Strong experience as the primary owner of client relationships in a consulting or professional services role • 5+ years of experience in Project Management; experience with custom software development/delivery is highly preferred • Experience in financial services or insurance, with a strong understanding of industry-specific needs and challenges • Experience navigating client relationships in a remote environment • Ability to travel domestically up to 10%
