🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Healthcare Management, or a related field • Extensive experience (10+ years) in global talent recruitment, particularly within the healthcare sector • Proven track record of developing and scaling recruitment businesses, with a focus on international talent acquisition • Strong knowledge of immigration laws, licensing requirements, and compliance for foreign healthcare professionals • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred) • Existing network of international recruitment partners and healthcare organizations (preferred) • Experience with technology-driven recruitment platforms and innovative workforce solutions (preferred)
