• Build effective, efficient functional teams. • Ensure teams operate effectively and efficiently to meet customer needs. • Support product development, systems development, and sales. • Identify training needs and coordinate across teams. • Manage installation teams to deliver timely, accurate service and improve processes. • Build and champion networks to share experiences, information and expertise.
🎯 Requirements
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience is preferred. • At least 8 years in the Retirement industry, with 3+ years leading installation teams • Minimum 5 years managing others • Experience in systems planning, customer service, and/or administration • Proven ability to organize and manage a functional business area
