Here’s where you come in. • The Director, Data & Analytics will design, implement, and maintain robust analytics solutions that deliver actionable insights to the business. • This position will focus on building scalable data pipelines, creating efficient data models, and delivering advanced visualizations in Power BI. • This is a technical, hands-on role that requires working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions meet business objectives and operate efficiently in a production environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field required. • 6+ years of hands-on experience in analytics, data integration, or data engineering required. • Proficiency with Power BI, including dashboard creation, DAX, and performance optimization required. • Strong skills in SQL, including complex query development and optimization required. • Experience building ETL pipelines and integrating data from multiple sources required. • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP required. • Experience working in production environments with real-time or near-real-time data processing preferred, but not required • Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or R for data manipulation preferred, but not required • Certifications in data analytics or cloud technologies preferred, but not required • Familiarity with regulated industries, such as cannabis, healthcare, or finance preferred, but not required
