📋 Description

• Provides leadership, direction and ownership for the strategy and roadmap for critical product offerings. • Acts as primary liaison to the business, coordinating with key executive stakeholders and product heads regarding critical initiatives that align with departmental profitability. • Leads a team responsible for maintaining PFML & Statutory Disability products and service offerings, managing exceptions, and monitoring competitiveness. • Serves as subject matter experts and thought leaders to meet both internal and external needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) • 10+ Years experience in group insurance or employee benefits with direct expertise in PFML and Statutory Disability.
