📋 Description

• Noodle is higher education’s leading strategy, services, and technology partner. We develop infrastructure, provide life-changing learning experiences, and grow the awareness of and the enrollment in some of the best academic institutions in the world. • The Enrollment Director is responsible for enrollment success of their assigned university, the development and performance of their assigned Enrollment Advisor team. • Enrollment Directors are expected to work out a consistent work schedule with the Enrollment leadership team to ensure supervisor coverage in the enrollment center with the potential for consistent late afternoon/evening and weekend hours. • The Enrollment Director is responsible for completing regular quality assurance and performance monitoring, EA performance management, training/development, and reporting. Enrollment Directors are expected to employ an ownership mentality and partner with the enrollment leadership team to ensure recruitment success.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 year of professional experience; 2+ years of experience and success within higher education industry, admissions, recruitment, and/or sales • Bachelor's degree required, Masters degree a plus • Leadership experience within either the EdTech or higher education industry • Technical proficiency and knowledge of learning management systems, eLearning tools, Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets), and Salesforce • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with an ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of management • Proven track record managing multiple, complex projects from conception through implementation • Excellent client engagement and relationship management skills • Ability to work effectively in dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment
