📋 Description
• OHO is looking for an experienced strategist to lead Digital and Content Strategy practice. • Deliver large-scale web projects with an average timeline of 12-15 months. • Collaborate with clients to shape innovative digital web strategies. • Manage and inspire a team of digital strategists. • Act as a trusted advisor guiding clients on website strategies.
🎯 Requirements
• A minimum of 5 years of people management experience • 10 years in a role delivering digital strategy, content strategy and UX solutions for complex organizations • Experience managing a team in an agency setting • Higher ed experience a plus but not required • Talent in building and managing relationships • Strong oral communication and presentation skills • Comfortable advocating for and dialoguing with clients about recommended approaches • Ability to facilitate client and internal workshops and group sessions • Ability to produce a catalog of relevant solutions for client needs • Thrives when working and collaborating in a cross-disciplinary environment • Big picture thinker capable of laying out clear, detailed tactics • Experience with content-intensive websites with multiple layers of stakeholders • Experience with measurement/analytics and SEO • Experience with other digital marketing approaches a plus
