• High Level Marketing seeks a Managing Director for Customer Success. • Lead client satisfaction initiatives and development of marketing strategies. • Oversee a high-performing Client Strategy team, • Plan for effective engagement with key prospects and foster client relationships.
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred. • Master’s degree is a plus. • 10 to 15 years of experience in Marketing services, agency services, or business consulting. • Industry experience in, healthcare/cosmetic and aesthetics, property management, and education is preferred. • Minimum of 5 years experience in leading and developing dynamic teams. • Travel 20 - 25% for trade shows, speaking engagements, client meetings, and other business related functions. • Strong knowledge of SalesForce and Google Analytics. • Google Certifications are a plus! • Understand digital and consultative services to help align services with the goals of our clients. • Results driven, pushes to exceed goals successfully. • Strategy and analytics focused, able to plan for the future and implement a strategy based upon market trends and digital marketing landscapes. • Knowledgeable in current and possible future policies, practices, and trends that could affect their department and organization. • Ability to navigate a growing organization by building camaraderie, trust, and motivation amongst team members. • Foster a supportive environment leading to professional growth for those you manage, mentor and inspire. • Proven track record of negotiating skillfully in tough situations with both internal and external groups by being diplomatic and managing strong relationships. • A lead by example leader. • Consistently demonstrates HLM’s core values and culture in everything you do.
