• Manage data center development opportunities across the United States • Conduct project due diligence • Secure site control • Oversee entire development lifecycle for data center loads • Negotiate commercial terms with counterparties • Lead data center development opportunities • Provide direction to internal teams • Frequent travel required to engage stakeholders
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field • Minimum of 6 years of experience in energy origination and/or development • Strong financial acumen and business strategy expertise • Exceptional interpersonal skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Ability to collaborate effectively in a flat organization • Skilled in multi-tasking and managing conflicting priorities
