• ControlUp is a recognized leader in Digital Employee Experience (DEX), delivering comprehensive solutions that empower IT teams to monitor, troubleshoot, and remediate digital workspaces. • Our innovative ControlUp ONE Platform provides a unified approach to managing digital employee experiences—covering physical devices, enterprise applications, and cloud PCs—to ensure organizations optimize productivity and satisfaction in today’s hybrid and remote environments. • Our channel partner program, Drive DX, has been recognized by CRN for its excellence in empowering partners to deliver exceptional value. • As a featured solution in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for DEX, ControlUp is committed to helping customers proactively resolve IT challenges and drive digital transformation. • We are seeking an experienced Strategic Alliances Manager to help nurture and expand ControlUp’s partnerships with key cloud providers. • In this role, you will play a critical part in driving our go-to-market efforts by engaging partners and broadening our ecosystem. • You’ll work closely with our senior leadership, product, marketing, and sales teams to develop and execute joint initiatives that deliver measurable value and support our business objectives. • Engage with key cloud providers and technology partners to foster collaborative relationships and drive joint business initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrated GTM strategies that boost brand awareness, pipeline growth, and revenue. • Work with internal teams to develop and deliver partner training, onboarding programs, and enablement initiatives that ensure partner success. • Act as a primary liaison between ControlUp and its partners, ensuring alignment and timely execution of joint strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Required: 3+ years in alliances, partnerships, or business development roles within the technology or cloud computing industry. • Preferred: 5+ years of relevant experience • Demonstrated success in managing partnerships with major cloud providers and strategic technology partners. • Experience with Cloud Marketplaces, OEM distribution, and resell agreements is a plus.
