• Strong experience in building and managing global payment and collections network (7+ years experience) • Experience in payments, FX, banking and/or the Fintech space • Highly structured ways of working and outstanding problem solving skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision making, even when you don’t have all the data • Strong communication skills – able to present arguments simply & logically, including use of verbal and written communication to express ideas clearly and succinctly • Strong influencing & interpersonal skills – you earn respect and can execute through influence; able to build productive and positive relationships at all levels across the org • Ability to both think strategically and have a practical bias for action with an "ownership" mentality; will deep dive to drive execution in a fast-paced environment • Practical in how to execute the transformation agenda – willing to work hands on to help coach teams on best approaches to deliver results • Humble, can-do attitude with a learning mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguity; you are intellectually curious, have a passion for excellence and want to make a big impact • Works well in a fast-paced fintech, PE backed environment • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word – skilled in business logic development, analytics/modeling and communication to executive audiences • Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred from an accredited educational institution • Able to travel as required
