Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. • Previous experience in a technical account management or customer success role. • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of software and technology solutions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously. • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools. • Project management experience is preferred
