📋 Description

• Seeking an experienced Master Data Management (MDM) Program Director to lead MDM initiatives. • Responsible for developing and implementing data management strategies for accurate and consistent master data. • Oversee a distributed team focused on data quality and standards. • Lead discussions with leadership on Data Governance Council and ensure pragmatic use of processes and tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field • Minimum of 7 years of experience in data management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role • Proven track record of managing large-scale MDM programs • Solid understanding of data governance principles and practices • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical collaborators • Experience with MDM tools and technologies • Experience working with global virtual and co-located team structures • Excellent Program and Project management skills • Experience in presenting to Executive Management • Solid ability to deal with a high degree of ambiguity and drive clarity • Experience working with collaborators to surface detailed requirements information • Excellent listening skills to understand and interpret collaborator responses • Strong facilitation skills to lead requirements and user story sessions • Good interpersonal skills to help negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts • Strong analytical capabilities • Strong documentation skills • Must have a detailed understanding of Data Governance • Ability to travel up to 10-15% (national and international)
