Description
• Complete payroll processing and all aspects associated with it • Review, reconcile, audit & balance payroll documents/files • Provide customer service for all employees and third-party vendors • Train staff in new procedures and oversee the preparation of special payrolls • Process region payroll in the United States and Canada using various software
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or Human Resources • 5 plus years of experience in payroll processing • Knowledge of global payroll processes and statutory compliance • Proficiency in payroll and time keeping systems, such as Workday and ADP • English fluency in verbal and written communications • Proven experience working across multiple countries to process payroll • Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution • Strong communication and customer service skills • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
