All employees must be able to work 9am-5pm in their timezone, Pacific to Eastern. • As a Senior Business Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence across the company. • You will work closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to improve processes, manage projects, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. • This is a highly autonomous role that requires a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in ambiguity. • You will report to our cofounder, and you will be a highly visible contributor with the opportunity to lay the foundation of our scaling startup.

Requirements

• 3+ years Business Ops experience at SaaS startups • Hungry and driven • Strives for excellence • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area
