• As the Sr. Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing effective day-to-day management of the contract manufacturing facilities. • Manage daily operations at our external manufacturing sites including managing the relationship, measuring and tracking KPIs, and holding regular performance reviews with our key partners. • Align external capabilities with our projected requirements to understand and support future capacity needs. • Monitor and evaluate KPIs and drive actions to improve performance ensuring effective service, quality, and cost for customers. • Develop and execute a productivity pipeline for sites. • Support all contractual processes/procedures including Requests for Proposals, Confidentiality Agreements, Testing Letters, and Manufacturing Contracts to lock in pricing and terms. • Provides quantitative analysis and input to Operations decisions and strategy.
• Ability to influence, and facilitate groups with diverse perspectives and bring teams to consensus/alignment. • Experience in leading and conducting process design and improvement projects with cross-functional teams. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills & ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization • A partnership and relationship-based approach in working with internal and external business partners. Always presenting a we, not me attitude. • Excellent planning and prioritization skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt. • Ability to define objectives, scope, and resources for projects. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Sense of urgency and can-do attitude • Broad understanding of business principles, practices, and processes in the CPG industry.
