All employees must be able to work 9am-5pm in their timezone, Pacific to Eastern. • We are looking for a technical and creative Senior Sales Engineer (pre-sales) to join our team at Copy.ai! As Sales Engineer, you’ll be the technical lead for our customers, guiding them to successfully design and implement GTM AI's solutions. Collaborating closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams, you will play a key role in driving adoption. The ideal candidate thrives on solving complex technical challenges, enjoys building strong relationships with customers, and is passionate about shaping the future of AI. You'll also have the opportunity to work with some of the world's most renowned Fortune 500 companies such as ThermoFisher, Lenovo, Gartner, and Stanley Black & Decker.
• 5+ years of experience in a sales engineering, or a similar customer-facing role in a SaaS or technology organization • 2+ years of AI sales engineering experience • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and adapt to new technologies quickly • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable with presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences • Creative problem solver who can identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area
