📋 Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to oversee and lead the operations of our Not Pot brand. • Your primary goal is to guide the brand toward growth while maintaining profitability. • Develop and implement robust growth strategies, managing profit and loss (P&L) effectively, and ensuring financial targets are met. • Oversee key performance metrics, adapting strategies to ensure continuous growth and market dominance. • Set clear performance KPIs in alignment with the brand's strategic goals. • Continuously monitor operational performance, adjusting tactics as necessary to maintain alignment with overall objectives. • Set up branch office and rent.

🎯 Requirements
