• Company Description • Core-VA Solutions is a top-tier provider of virtual assistant services, dedicated to assisting businesses and entrepreneurs in optimizing their operations and achieving their objectives. • With a team of highly skilled and adaptable virtual assistants, we deliver customized support across a range of essential functions. • Job Description: • We are seeking two highly organized and detail-oriented Electronic Health Record (EHR) Administrative Specialists to support our client in the implementation, management, and ongoing operation of their EHR software, Icare Manager. • These roles are critical to ensuring a seamless transition to the new system and maintaining smooth operations post-launch. • You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and technical support tasks that are integral to the system's success. • Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Responsibilities: • Data Input and Organization: • Accurately enter and update data into the Icare Manager system to ensure a comprehensive and up-to-date database. • Data Extraction and Reporting: • Extract relevant data from the EHR system and organize it into Excel files for analysis, reporting, or operational use. • Team Collaboration: • Participate in weekly onboarding calls with the implementation team to stay updated on project milestones, system updates, and team responsibilities. • System Support: • Assist the on-site team with weekly tasks and assignments related to the EHR system, ensuring all deadlines are met and issues are addressed promptly. • Onboarding Support: • Play a pivotal role in onboarding new hires to the system, including guiding them through system features, processes, and best practices once the platform goes live.

Requirements

• Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not required). • Skills: • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools. • Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems; experience with Icare Manager is a plus. • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. • High attention to detail and a meticulous approach to ensuring data accuracy and quality. • Ability to adapt to new software and systems quickly. • Experience: • Prior experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, with a preference for familiarity with Icare Manager or similar platforms. • At least 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably supporting U.S. based clients. • Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and workflows efficiently. • Human resources-related experience is advantageous.
