• Finance Manager Consultant - Remote in the US • CORE is a crisis response non-profit/international NGO that brings immediate aid and recovery to underserved communities across the globe. • We are seeking an energetic accounting professional with strong grants and financial analysis technical skills to help advance our mission. • Finance Manager performs monthly financial analysis and reporting, compliance, and general accounting functions with emphasis on billing and revenue, revenue recognition, and grant administration. • Cross collaborate with procurement, disbursement, and payroll departments.

Requirements

• Must have experience managing non-profit accounting including GIK, donated services, SOA, balance sheet and full grant life cycle. • Thorough knowledge of GAAP and CFR regulations. • Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and unwavering commitment to our mission. • A proactive, analytical, hands-on strategic thinker. • Minimum of a BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA and/or CPA. • Strong demonstrated and advanced excel skills. • Experience with Sage Intacct or another ERP platform.

Benefits

• For the services rendered, the Consultant will be compensated at an hourly rate of $55.00, not to exceed a total of $40,000 for the duration of the contract. • Manner of Payment - The Consultant's compensation shall be paid by wire/ACH transfer within fourteen (14) days after receipt of proper invoice. • Invoices should be submitted in accordance with agreed upon terms and conditions. • Travel and travel-related expense invoices should include days traveled and the purpose of travel. • All deliverables must be reviewed and accepted by the Client/Supervisor prior to submitting the final invoice. • The Consultant must provide a completed W-9 or W-8 form and other required documents to facilitate the payment process.
