📋 Description

• Corinth Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team and lead client delivery for our client. • Collaborate with the client and various stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of program requirements. • Comply with contractual and business processes, and build and maintain a strong, credible client relationship. • Provide broad program oversight over a large, multi-functional service contract. • Exercise independent judgment and high level analytical skills in solving complex and unusual managerial, technical, and administrative problems. • Ultimately responsible for staffing, program planning, execution, performance, quality control, and deliverables. • Interface directly with program personnel to ensure full program results and compliance. • Lead and oversee all activities related to staffing such as recruitment, training, evaluations, and performance appraisals.

🎯 Requirements

• Possesses at least a 4-year degree and master’s degree or other relevant degree or certification required preferably in a project management related field. • Possesses a minimum of 5 years of contract experience managing progressively more complex, large, and costly contracts. • Possesses a minimum of 5 years in a government contracting environment. • Possesses a minimum of 5 years managing an instructional services contract. • Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills.
