Description
• As a Solutions Engineer, you'll guide customers through technical aspects of our products • Collaborate closely with the Sales team • Lead the entire customer lifecycle • Develop and manage a Success Plan • Drive product consumption and adoption • Represent the voice of our customers
Requirements
• Experience in technical customer success, solution engineering, sales engineering, or a similar role • Excellent communication skills • Knowledge of the cybersecurity ecosystem • Proven track record of managing customer escalations • Analytical approach to problem-solving • Understanding of information security and privacy • Experience with network architecture, VPN solutions, and EDR is a significant advantage • High motivation and adaptability
