Description

• The VP of Business Performance is responsible for the Quality Assurance, Training, and Analytics Departments and Teams. • The VP will be responsible for the team development, output delivery, strategic direction, and leading the teams to execute on the strategic initiatives of their direct departments in collaboration with Operations, Finance, IT, Compliance, and other functional areas as required within Corro. • Teams will consist of both domestic and global members and will span these key functional areas across all operational teams with focus on driving efficiency and outcomes thru the programs and tools within the Business Performance departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field • 10+ years of experience in revenue cycle management with a focus on performance optimization. • Must be able to demonstrate superior organizational, management, leadership and problem solving skills. • Ideal experience will include a blend of strategic and operational experience with strong customer side exposure specifically in the Revenue Cycle Outsourcing industry. • Proven successful experience leading, coaching, and mentoring management is required. • Must be well organized, service oriented, energetic, and committed. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and actionable format. • Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
