Description

• We're seeking a strategic VP, Product to lead Brilliant Harvest's product vision and drive growth within the agriculture dealer ecosystem. • As the VP, Product, you will lead Brilliant Harvest's product strategy, and cultivate relationships within the dealer ecosystem. • This senior leadership role combines strategic product development with business development, requiring a deep understanding of agriculture software and the dealer network. • Note, this opportunity is for USA based candidates. • Time Allocation Across Key Areas (Estimated): • 1. 🎧 Product Development: 65% • - Software Product 45% • - Market Research 10% • - Leadership & Team Development: 10% • 2. 🚜 Business Development (Dealer Ecosystem): 35%

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Agriculture, or a related field (MBA preferred). • Proven track record of success in software product leadership, ideally within the agriculture equipment industry. • Entrepreneurial mindset and hustle, with a passion for driving innovation and creating positive change in the agriculture industry. • Strong understanding of agricultural software, market dynamics, and the needs of equipment manufacturers and dealers. • Established relationships within the agricultural equipment dealer network and associated industry groups. • Natural aptitude for identifying and developing new business opportunities • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen. • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and grow high-performing teams. • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers, partners, and the team. • If working remotely, the ability to travel to Calgary at least every two months to collaborate with the product and engineering teams.
