β’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Agriculture, or a related field (MBA preferred). β’ Proven track record of success in software product leadership, ideally within the agriculture equipment industry. β’ Entrepreneurial mindset and hustle, with a passion for driving innovation and creating positive change in the agriculture industry. β’ Strong understanding of agricultural software, market dynamics, and the needs of equipment manufacturers and dealers. β’ Established relationships within the agricultural equipment dealer network and associated industry groups. β’ Natural aptitude for identifying and developing new business opportunities β’ Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen. β’ Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. β’ Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and grow high-performing teams. β’ Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers, partners, and the team. β’ If working remotely, the ability to travel to Calgary at least every two months to collaborate with the product and engineering teams.
