Description

• Coordinate covert test purchases – you will be responsible for ensuring test purchases conducted in a timely and cost-effective manner. • Grow, develop and maintain partner and strategic partner relationships in your region. • Coordinate and assist with offline action with our Global Partner Network. • Discover and develop actionable intelligence to support offline investigations and potential litigation. • Support the development and delivery of intelligence products. • Respond directly to customer queries regarding test purchases and offline actions. • Maintain & manage department inboxes and communications channels both internally and externally. • Be responsible for all aspects of financial management including customer invoicing, partner invoicing, raising Salesforce Opportunities, ZIP requests and ensuring budgets are tracked and maintained. • Protect company assets by keeping information confidential. • Participate and present on regular internal and external meetings.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. • Proactive, “can do” attitude. • Attention to detail, focus on accuracy, and an inquisitive mindset. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • High proficiency in Microsoft Office products specifically on Excel. • Good time and diary management skills. • Attention to detail on data entry. • Good communication and presentation skills. • Relevant bachelor’s degree • Experience in Brand Protection including conducting, managing and instructing test purchases, offline investigations and vendor/partner relations. • Experience in using a Case Management system. • Demonstrated OSINT experience. • Strong client-facing capabilities. • Experience managing investigative cases independently. • Experience using Salesforce, ZIP, NetSuite and other financial tools. • Fast learner with efficient work habits. • Excellent planning and organizational skills. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
