• Cosy Hauz is seeking a proactive and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist. • Responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent. • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a streamlined recruitment process. • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates across various platforms. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and facilitating candidate assessments. • Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate and compelling job descriptions. • Conduct regular market research to understand industry trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly. • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. • Create a positive candidate experience through effective communication and feedback. • Utilize recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
