• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
