Description

• Coupa makes margins multiply through its community-generated AI and industry-leading total spend management platform. • As a Customer Growth Account Director, you'll drive account expansion within existing customer base. • Maintain executive sponsorship, understand unique business needs, and develop account plans. • Foster strong relationships with Customer Value Managers (CVMs) and other teams to drive growth. • Ensure Coupa remains a trusted partner, delivering exceptional value and contributing to overall growth trajectory.

Requirements

• A strong SaaS sales background with a proven track record of developing existing Accounts and driving complex multi-stakeholder engagements. • Domain knowledge in Spend Management (P2P) would be a plus. Knowledge in Supply Chain is also a differential. • The ability to identify client pains and develop unique and compelling value propositions that focus on delivering business value to the client. • Your acknowledge about the full E2E sales process, considering that you have more than 5-7 years of experience in SAAS B2B sales, in special in the install base space. • Out-of-the-box-thinking and bringing fresh ideas to replace existing solutions with Coupa ́s outstanding Spend Management solutions portfolio, including Coupa Pay and Coupa Supply Chain.
