Description

• Define, drive, and report global sales KPIs to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve corporate goals • Support Territory Management as needed • Partner closely with partners to evolve current Go-To-Market approaches and strategies. • Conduct ad-hoc analysis, and support related projects as needed • Collaborate with segment leaders to develop and maintain KPIs • Develop key relationships and partner with internal stakeholders • Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in related Finance, Operations, Program Management or similar role supporting a regional or global organizations • Experience in strategy, analytics, refining and implementing processes • Analytical communication ability • Ability to adapt to a fast-changing and evolving role • Comfortable working in a continuously expanding program or line of business • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required (extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint required)
