Requirements

•5+ years of experience in supply chain design and/or supply chain planning •Domain expertise in supply chain modeling plus two of the following: production planning, inventory optimization, transportation optimization, distribution/warehouse planning, supply and demand balancing, and strategic sourcing •Experience with optimization algorithms and/or statistical/mathematical tools, solvers, or software •Understanding of principles of optimization and simulation (and the differences) •Experienced and comfortable presenting to groups, leading discussions, and controlling meetings, including to VP and C-level personas •Outstanding verbal communication and presentation skills •Ability to articulate clearly and explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience •Ability to think conceptually on the fly and adjust the message to audience needs •Experience applying sales and/or consulting methodologies or processes is a plus •Self-motivated and creative; having the natural drive to learn and pick up new challenges •Adaptive to change and comfortable in a fast-changing technology environment •Bachelor’s Degree required (technical major desirable) or equivalent experience in industrial engineering, operations research, or logistics/supply chain management, (master’s degree a plus) •Must be willing to travel domestically and occasionally internationally •Must speak English fluently (other language(s) a plus)
