• Through passion and deep industry expertise, MCA Connect helps manufacturers succeed by unlocking innovation with actionable business insights. • Established in 2002, MCA Connect has grown into one of the largest US-based solution partners in Microsoft Business Applications and Azure Data & AI / Digital & App Innovation. • The Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) Supply Chain T&L Support Consultant will help MCA Connect deliver world-class customer service. • Focus will be assisting customers with various Supply Chain modules and improving operational metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years Dynamics 365 ERP Manufacturing/Supply Chain experience • Minimum of 1 year of Dynamics 365 ERP implementation experience • Minimum of 1 full lifecycle of a Dynamics 365 ERP implementation (Analysis – Deployment) • Minimum 3 years of industry and/or consulting experience • Certification in Dynamics 365 ERP T&L certification within first 90 days of employment. • Strong industry experience within Supply Chain or Materials Management • Working knowledge of industry specific best practices • Excellent communication, planning and organization skills • Strong customer relationship skills • Ability to establish priorities and work independently • Ability to travel up to 50% • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • English: Fluent • Valid Driver’s License • Dynamics 365 ERP 2012 experience (Desired) • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related field (Desired) • Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Certification in at least one other module (Desired) • Experience with other Dynamics 365 ERP Modules (Desired) • Experience with SPS EDI, RF Smart, or other ISVs a plus (Desired) • APICS CPIM or CSCP (Desired)
