💸 Financial Planning and Analysis
• Provide financial support to the Covetrus North America Operations organization. • Lead finance business partnership with the Operations organization, including both distribution centers and pharmacies. • Drive financial analytics and processes, including monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and capital planning. • Monitor, track, and proactively report key performance metrics, identifying variances, opportunities, and risks. • Partner to drive the effective planning and communication of cross-functional programs that support Operation’s transformation initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Accounting or Business Administration preferred). • 10+ years of experience, preferably in distribution and/or mail order pharmacy operational finance roles. • MBA and/or CPA. • Demonstrated financial acumen. • Excellent data and analytical skills with the ability to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers. • Ability to clearly communicate complex financial information in an easy-to-understand manner. • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills. • Experience developing strategic presentations and executive communications. • Advanced financial modeling and data analytics experience using Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams), and Tableau and/or Alteryx. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. • Organized and able to work on a variety of projects simultaneously. • Demonstrated business acumen to think strategically.
