• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Process Solutions President and Leadership Team • Actively contribute to shaping financial strategies, driving organizational goals, and fostering collaboration • Drive the business unit’s annual budget, and quarterly forecast processes • Drive a consistent cadence of operational performance meetings and provide insights • Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for profitable revenue growth • Work closely with manufacturing teams to improve efficiency and enhance profitability • Enhance cash flow management ensuring financial stability • Protect the value of CPM through effective accounting oversight • Direct month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes • Mentor and develop the finance team to drive high-performance culture.

Requirements

• 15+ years of extensive experience in finance roles with increasing responsibility • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field • Strong verbal and written communication skills that enhance collaboration and clarity • Optimistic mindset with excellent interpersonal skills in a team environment • Motivated self-starter with ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines • Inspires, motivates, and develops high-performing finance teams across multiple regions. • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity with a desire to learn more and how to do things better • Strategic thinker and business partner focused on aligning financial strategies with business objectives and driving continuous improvement
