Description

• Support and develop F&I consultants for profitability, compliance, and revenue growth • Collaborate with General Managers to optimize Finance and Insurance department performance • Ensure adherence to all compliance policies and report violations • Stay updated on federal and state regulations • Provide regular reporting to General Manager and stakeholders • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, Master’s preferred • Extensive knowledge and experience within Automotive Retail • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office • 8+ years’ experience, including 5+ at a leadership level • Thorough understanding of federal and state regulations affecting automotive finance • Excellent organizational, time management, analytical and critical thinking skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate • Excellent interpersonal, counseling and negotiation skills • Excellent presentation skills
