• Overseeing corporate financial planning and analysis • Providing strategic insights and recommendations to the Board, CEO, and Executive Team • Supporting decision-making processes with sound financial models • Developing financial models and analyzing current and past financial data • Preparing reports and projections based on analysis • Monitoring financial performance by measuring and analyzing results • Assisting with tax planning and preparation • Managing capitalization table and equity distribution • Leading incentive plan design to align employee interests with organizational goals • Identifying efficiencies for greater profitability and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field • Experience in financial planning and analysis • Understanding of Corporate Tax Law and Management Practices • Understanding of Incentive Plan design • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge • Power BI, NetSuite and Professional Services Automation (PSA) software experience is a plus • Strong analytical skills • Proficiency in financial software and systems • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
