Description
• Code and develop software applications • Work with stakeholders to elicit project requirements • Recommend strategies and collaborate with team members • Help establish standards, guidelines and create efficiencies in processes • Build products by improving performance of codebase • Handle scaling issues to accommodate user growth • Write thorough tests to ensure code stability • Integrate existing software into new systems • Review code and recommend product revisions based on user feedback • Optimize sites for efficiency and scale • Develop and maintain documentation and/or user manuals • Contribute to software development standards and best practices • Provide mentoring to less experienced developers
Requirements
• BS in computer science or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered • 6+ years of software/.NET development experience • Mortgage servicing and print/mail industry experience preferred
