• Mindgrub Technologies is an award-winning digital agency whose mission is to create software that people want to use, software that makes lives better, jobs easier, and helps businesses thrive. • We leverage a deep understanding of technology and growth strategy to create award-winning, multi-channel digital solutions for enterprise clients, emphasizing energy and utilities, professional services, government, education, health and wellness, and consumer product industries. • We’re seeking a Lead Mobile Software Engineer with expertise in both iOS and Android development to collaborate with technical leads and stakeholders in delivering robust mobile solutions for Mindgrub’s clients. • As a Lead Mobile Software Engineer, you will work alongside other project leads to define requirements, design solutions, and implement high-quality mobile applications, reporting to an Engineering Manager or Director. • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and solve complex problems. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and deliver greater value to Mindgrub and its clients. • Actively participate in all aspects of engineering projects, from planning to execution. • Continuously learn and improve technical skills. • Maintain awareness of project budgets and timelines. • Take ownership of project deliverables, ensuring high-quality results. • Conduct peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback. • Ensure adherence to Mindgrub’s standard processes throughout project lifecycles. • Interact with clients as needed to provide updates and technical insights. • Participate in the interview process for new candidates. • Research and evaluate emerging technologies, features, and solutions to enhance applications and anticipate future client needs. • Provide Level of Effort (LOE) estimates for tasks and project requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. • 5+ years of experience in mobile development with expertise in both iOS and Android. • Proficiency in Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android) is required. • Strong understanding of iOS development, including Xcode and iOS frameworks. • Strong understanding of Android development, including Android Studio and Gradle. • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
