Description

• The Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of dealer clients within an assigned geographic territory. • Build and maintain relationships with clients, optimize the portfolio through clients’ use of credit line, identify and mitigate pre-default account risk and support post-default collections on defaulted accounts. • Optimize each client’s use of the line of credit within an assigned portfolio by acting as a floor plan subject matter expert. • Achieve goals and performance targets by regularly engaging with clients and collaborating with internal partners to drive revenue and maximize profitability. • Educate clients on desired performance behaviors, self-service options, and best practices and coach them to ensure compliance with company policies and expectations. • Collect and analyze client financial information and various internal reports and dashboards to assess and monitor dealer performance. • Support the Risk and Recovery department with pre-default risk mitigation.

Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience required • 5+ years’ related experience in finance, sales, account management and/or collections required • Automotive and/or floorplan industry background preferred
