Description

• Daily budget and performance pacing on multiple ad platforms, including but not limited to a DSP (like DV360, The Trade Desk, StackAdapt), OLV platforms (Google Ads, Direct Buys, etc.), and paid social (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads). • Build campaigns in self-serve ad platforms and thoroughly QA all paid campaign launches. • Essential bid management and optimizations for campaigns, including but not limited to Amazon DSP, Google Ads (YouTube), paid social, etc. • Collaborate with team members to recommend optimizations in support of client goals and innovation. • Analyze campaign data to write performance insights and recommendations to inform client action. • Assist Media Strategist with creating media plans to achieve client goals, including audience and creative recommendations and projected results. • Daily use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools. • Attend training sessions/webinars to become fluent in media planning tools and platforms.

Requirements

• 0+ years of experience working on activating and managing programmatic or paid social campaigns • An elevated mathematical/analytical aptitude with comfortability using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs, etc.) or a desire to learn • A demonstrated passion for and understanding of digital media, platforms, and their ad offerings • Ability to pull campaign reports to inform insights and build client-facing presentation decks • Commitment to excellence — anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy, identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation
